STEP 3 – REFUGEE 201: After completing the Refugee 101 training, you will need to set up a Refugee 201/Volunteer Orientation either in person or via Google Meet call with our Director of Connections, Michelle. Please email Michelle at [email protected] for this specific need.

STEP 4 – BACKGROUND CHECK: The PDF instructions for completing a background check are linked here: https://www.tucsonrefugeeministry.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/2023-Background-Check-Instructions.pdf. The password is contained in the instructions. If you already have a background check on file or a current fingerprint card, we can use that instead of filling out the attached form below.

STEP 5: CENTRALIZED BACKGROUND CHECK: The PDF instructions for completing the Centralized Background Check are linked here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wlMRoHQCWEY-SLRmxx9__SSXluMRXAfc/view?usp=sharing.  Please follow the instructions carefully. You will be creating an account through the state and completing the check electronically.
